Offers are invited for the rights to supply and operate a Catering Marquee in The Paddock ,Hot Food Units , Ice Cream Vans , Confectionery & Donut / Coffee Stalls or Complete Catering Rights at circuit locations designated by the promoters of the Metzeler Ulster Grand Prix Bike Week ( The Paddock , The Trading Village & Leathemstown )
A concession also exists for licensed retailers to provide Bar Facilities within the Trading Village .
Trading will take place between Monday 12th August to Saturday 17th August 2013 at times determined by the event organisers.
