The MCE Ulster Grand Prix has announced its charity partner for 2017 as The Freeman Heart & Lung Transplant Association.
A voluntary organisation consisting of heart and/or lung transplant recipients, families and their supporters, the charity aims to relieve heart and lung transplant patients of the Freeman Hospital in order to improve their conditions of life.
It also aims to educate the public about transplantations and the important of organ donations.
Chairman of the Dundrod & District Motorcycle Club, Robert Graham said: “We’re very proud to be working with this charity, which is so close to the Dundrod Club after one of our members received a successful double lung transplant there last year.
Please support this wonderful charity where you can during Bike Week,” he added.
